MEDICAL CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS
If you are taking part in discover scuba or discover scuba diving programs a medical certificate is not required. You only need to fill in pages 1 & 2 of the padi medical form provided
MEDICAL FORM
If you are participating in the open water course or above a doctor’s certificate is required.
Doctor’s certificates can be provided at our authorised medical centre only 200 metres from the dive centre at a cost of 30 euros.
It is also possible to obtain a certificate from your own doctor before you leave for Lanzarote
